Being Consistent with Your Diet

I know there will be days where it almost all doesn’t seem worth it and you may want to give up on your diet but I promise you it will be worth it in the end when you achieve your goals. Losing or gaining weight takes time and discipline. There is really no way around that other than surgery. If you feel yourself getting demotivated try switching up your meal plan to foods that excite you more and serve the same purpose within your calorie goals. If you have really been craving that chick fil a sandwich or pizza go get it. Just make sure you continue to count those calories strictly and you can always cut back the next day. Instead of giving up and eating a crazy amount of calories eat your maintenance calories for a day and enjoy your food then go back to your deficit the next day. Stay consistent just like any of your goals and you will feel amazing looking in the mirror before you know it.
