Benefits of Sprints

The only type of cardio I personally do is sprints and I believe it is for a good reason. That is not to say things like traditional running or even walking is bad but there are a lot of added benefits to practicing sprints. One of my favorite benefits to sprinting is that along with burning fat very quickly it will also help with muscle growth at the same time. It also is proven to increase your testosterone levels significantly helping all types of functions in your body. It has been shown to even reduce aging and improve cardiovascular health as well. These are just a few reasons why I highly recommend doing sprints every day. One of my other favorite things about sprints is it does not take much time out of your day to do. Each day simply sprint as fast as you can for 30 seconds straight then cooldown and walk slowly for 60 seconds, then repeat this cycle 6 times. This whole process only takes 9 minutes to do and will significantly improve your health. Just remember to go as hard as you can for each 30 second interval because that is very important to your results.
