Cut Back on Short Form Content

Similar to anxiety, one of the main things that can worsen your ADHD is spending too much time on your phone. More specifically watching too much short form content like Tik-Toks or Instagram Reels can really worsen your attention span immensely. If you have been watching a lot of this type of content you may have found it much harder to do simple things like watch a full length movie or read a book. You may have simply shrugged signs like this off, but it is not something to take lightly. You are destroying your attention span slowly but surely by watching this content too often.
