Getting in Shape
Another cause of depression for many people is lack of confidence in themselves and the physical feelings that come with living an unhealthy lifestyle. I highly suggest either getting a gym membership and if you can someone to go with you consistently. Even if you are already in decent shape working out will be something that within a couple weeks you will look forward to doing each day. It is even scientifically proven to release dopamine in your brain which will make you feel accomplished and happier automatically. On top of how working out by itself will make you feel, imagine how much happier and more confident you will be once you look in the mirror and see the best physical version of yourself.
