Once you know the type of people you want to be around, you must think about where you could meet these types of people. If you do not already have a network of friends then you have to plan a way to meet the people you want to be around. Sitting at home or staying home after work will obviously not open you up to new groups of friends. Ask yourself where these people would be that I envision as my friends.

Real Estate investing conferences can also be a great place to meet people from all different financial backgrounds and they are rich people looking to invest their money! Learn from these people and attach yourself to those who seem to be getting results and fit your vibe.
