Multivitamins

If you are like me then you may be guilty of missing your daily servings of fruits and vegetables once in a while. When we skip out on some of these foods our bodies lack some of the vital nutrients we need to feel alert, grow our hair, regrow cells and a ton of other body functions we do autonomously every day. I take one serving of multivitamins every morning alongside my oats and creatine to make sure I am getting all of the nutrients I need for the day. I highly recommend you do the same and no matter what vitamins you decide to take look for ones that are high in these ingredients, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Zinc, Iron, Folate and Magnesium.
