Planning for Your Future
Once you understand the fear behind your depression it is up to you to take positive steps so that you can change your life for the better. The first step to doing this is to simply make a plan of how you will deal with these FEARS and turn them into FAITH in the same regard. For me GOD plays a big part in that but you can deal with these fears however you would like.
The biggest thing to bring you out of a depression is to do the things that you don’t want to do. I have been in a place in life where I did not want to leave my bed. I felt like the only option left was to end my life but after some time I decided that I had been through way too much to give up now. I deserved to be happy and live a life worth living. I set definitive goals for myself just like we talked about in the manifestation section and began using my to dos in my phone to keep track of my tasks and progress every day. Even if you have not been doing anything lately I am sure you can think of something that you are naturally at least average at and enjoy and build your goals around that. For me that something was marketing and I started getting into other businesses and planning out my life and dreams.
