Practicing Consistency

The biggest key to discipline and habits in general is being consistent. The basic rule of thumb for how long it takes for habits to become automatic is 66 days. So at first it may be tough to keep yourself motivated but always remember that after a couple months of your new routine it will become autonomous for you so don’t give up! There will be days where you don’t want to work on your goals or where you are feeling negative emotions in general, this is normal. However, it is important to keep going even when things are tough because that is where champions are made and what creates a happy sustainable life!
